Q.  Can I access my coupon inventory from other computers? (like work/home)

A.  Yes, MyQpns is a web based application. Nothing has to be installed. All you need is an internet connection.

Q.  Where is the data for my inventory? what if the myQ server fails, can I still access my inventory?

A.  We make backups, but only of subscriber's data. As an extra measure of safety, the system also provides a feature to backup your data and download it to a file on your PC. If your inventory is large or critical, we recommend you establish a routine schedule to download.
